TGL AQ Discharge is made of Aqueous Emulsion of Acrylic Polymer and Titanium Dioxide and its appearance is White Paste. This can be stored in a closed pot and should be protected from heat radiation and freezing. This Discharge System has a PC White pigment pre-mixed into the discharge ink. As the ink discharges the garment it also dyes the garment while leaving a Enviroline Colors or Plastisol over prints.
This Discharge needs to be activated by Discharge Activator which is a powder that is mixed into the discharge ink 7 – 10%. You much only activate as much discharge as you will need to print at a given time as it does have a life span of about 6 to 8 hours once mixed. After printing the curing needs to be done on 170 – 180 Deg C, with a duration of 3 minutes, medium drying is not recommended during printing.
