TGL AKRYSOL is a solvent base PVC and Phthalate free Ink. It is formulated using non-PVC, Phthalate plasticizers. This ink is produced by mixing PVC and phthalate free ingredients. These inks offer good printing parameters to the advantage of printers requiring an alternative non-PVC ink system. Suitable for direct and transfer printing. Excellent wash fastness, flexibility and soft handle. TGL Akrysol has very good screen stability, color brightness and high opacity as well as high elasticity.

Prior to using TGL Akrysol solvent base PVC and Phthalate free ink for printing, ensure cleaning of screens with proper cleaning material, stir the ink well before use, mainly use these inks on automatic printing machines and for curing process, go through heat pressing method at 140 O C with a duration of Five seconds.

TGL Akrysol solvent base PVC and Phthalate free inks, can be used for direct printing, single & multicolor printing. These inks are most suitable for heat transfer printing and printing on automatic machines. Also these inks can print on natural and artificial leather.
